We are growing – and therefore moving into larger office space. You can now find us at Kurgartenstraße 1 in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler.

The move not only creates space for additional employees but also enables a technical update: Our Innovation Lab is being re-equipped, making it more modular and even more flexible.
The lab is the nucleus of our research and project work on the topics of transformation, resilience, and impact. At the same time, it is the venue for our regional, national, and international workshops and events.
„IQIB is clearly on a growth path. As a subsidiary of the German Aerospace Center (DLR), we are an innovative think and do tank in Rhineland-Palatinate. We hold the region close to our hearts and have our sights set on the future.”
Roman Noetzel, Managing Director at IQIB
„We bring research findings to where they are needed – to the economy, to local communities, across regions and countries. In this way, we strengthen resilience and sustainability in dealing with the challenges of tomorrow.“
Wigand Fleischer, Managing Director at IQIB
The move also allows us to press ahead with the expansion of the IQIB Academy: modern conference rooms, light-filled office spaces, and a studio for conducting online training courses —such as those offered by the Smart City Academy — make every event a great one.
The move thus marks a further step in our development – and underlines our commitment to developing solutions for tomorrow.
