IQIB is rethinking transfer – together with you! We design transfer concepts, optimise transfer processes, and support you in the active implementation and management of transfer activities as well as in building the skills of your employees.
The potential of new knowledge is revealed through its use, application, and acceptance in research, business, politics, and society. In order to achieve the highest possible level of efficiency, it is necessary to consider and manage transfer, i.e., the economic and social application of knowledge, from the very beginning of the research and consulting process.
Our transfer approach is activating, co-creative, and recursive. We understand transfer to be a multidimensional approach that accounts for the different needs and requirements of the actors involved and looks beyond the formal boundaries of project durations. We open organisational and systemic “knowledge silos” (“mindcuffs”) in order to break down barriers in intra- and inter-organisational knowledge exchange.
