The aim is to continuously improve processes with the goal of increasing the quality of results. The SPICE by IQIB approach complies with the ISO/IEC 33000 family of standards.    The focus is on participatory, involvement-oriented workshops and assessments in which the potential for process improvement is identified and the continuous improvement process is supported.
